Negotiations in Moscow on Karabakh ended with the signing of the final statement (UPDATED)

Vladimir Putin's talks with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on Nagorno-Karabakh have ended in the Kremlin.
The leaders talked for about four hours. Following the meeting, Putin said that the parties signed a joint statement on the development of Karabakh and the plan for it will be presented in the near future by the Deputy prime Ministers of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia. This was reported at 18.00 Moscow time by RIA Novosti.
The meeting in Moscow between President Putin, President Aliyev and Prime Minister Pashinyan, which began at 3 pm Baku time, has not ended by 6 pm.
According to unofficial information, the parties are discussing the text of the final statement. Separate talks between Putin and Aliyev and Pashinyan will be held at the end of the trilateral meeting.
