The first meeting of the 3+3 regional consultative mechanism in the South Caucasus will take place in Moscow on Friday, the Turkish foreign ministry reported.
"The first meeting of the regional cooperation platform in the "3+3" format suggested by the Presidents of Turkey and Azerbaijan to ensure lasting peace and stability in the South Caucasus will be held in Moscow on December 10," the local sources cited the ministry statement. The 3+3 regional consultative mechanism was proposed by the presidents of Turkey and Azerbaijan, comprising Azerbaijan, Georgia and Armenia plus Iran, Russia and Turkey.
