Bayramov says the question of enclaves is a reality that no one can deny

The enclave issue is a reality that no one can deny, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said at a press conference following the results of the year.
"Regardless of the different references to different maps, back in Soviet times there were settlements that existed for several hundred years.
There were objects of state and private property, documents. It cannot be denied. But in what form should these issues be resolved in the current era? Only during delimitation.
For this, it is important to create an Armenian-Azerbaijani working group, and we are ready for this. But does its creation and the beginning of the process mean the solution of issues in a short time? We must be realistic: we must carry out systematic and continuous work in this area. Azerbaijan believes that the process should take place at the negotiating table and there should be no tension between the military," Bayramov concluded.
