"This is a statement that lies in the plane of personal emotions that run wild. We would urge to control these emotions and refrain from making such statements, especially with regard to our partners, Azerbaijan belongs to the category of state partners," Peskov said, commenting on the deputy's statement on the possibility of strikes on Azerbaijan's oil infrastructure amid the escalation of the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh.
