Pashinyan will not attend Putin's inauguration, Armenia parliament speaker says

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will not participate in the inauguration ceremony of Russian President Vladimir Putin. Speaker Alen Simonyan of the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia told this to reporters at the NA Monday.
