Yerevan, Baku to start negotiations over NK conflict settlement after stabilization of situation – Armenia’s FM

Negotiations between Armenia and Azerbaijan over settlement of Karabakh conflict may start after stabilization of the situation in the region, Armenia’s Foreign Minister Ara Aivazian said at joint press conference with Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov.
“The key, prior issues of the settlement will be settled by negotiations. They will launch immediately after the stabilization of the situation,” he said, adding that in near future OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs are expected to visit the region and start consultations with the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan on the basis of which it will be possible to prepare ground for launch of new negotiation process.
