ECHR receives Armenia’s application to apply interim measure against Turkey
The European Court of Human Rights has already received the application of the Republic of Armenia to apply interim measure against Turkey ,Aysor reports.
Earlier Armenia’s Government applied to the European Court on Human Rights to apply interim measure against that country.
Armenia’s representative in the ECHR reports that the Republic of Armenia on its behalf and the Republic of Artsakh applied to the ECHR to institute interim measure against Turkey under Rule 39 for its multi-layer assistance to Azerbaijan in its attacks on peaceful population and civilian facilities accompanied by flagrant violation of the international humanitarian right and the European Convention on Human Rights as well as extended participation in hostilities.
