Department of State does not comment on information about Pompeo’s meeting with Armenian, Azeri FMs
The Department of State has not commented on the information about the meeting of the Secretary of State Mike Pompeo with Foreign Ministers of Armenia Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov separately on October 23 as reported by Politico.
U.S. Department of State did not respond to the request of TASS to either confirm or comment on the information about the meeting.
According to Politico, the Secretary of State will first meet with Azeri FM after which with Armenia’s minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan.
