Starting from this phase there is no diplomatic solution to Artsakh issue: Armenia’s PM
It is necessary to clearly realize that at least at this phase and for a long time starting from now the Artsakh issue will not have diplomatic solution.
“All the hopes, proposals, ideas on finding diplomatic solution must be considered exhausted. We have told many times that we are ready to settle the issue by mutual concessions. Concession means you are lowering your demands for the sake of the solution,” Armenia’s PM said, stressing that what is acceptable for Armenia now has become unacceptable for Azerbaijan.
“It shows that in this phase it makes no sense to speak about diplomatic solution,” Armenia’s PM said.
