Education minister Arayik Harutyunyan sacked, new minister appointed
Armenia's President Armen Sarkissian signed a decree dimissing him from the post of the minister of education, science, culture and sport.
With another decree the president appointed Vardan Dumanyan in the post of the minister education, science, culture and sport.
