Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has stressed Ukraine's efforts, alongside its partners, to bring new life to the Normandy Four format of talks involving Ukraine, Germany, France, and Russia, toward settlement in the war-torn Donbas region of Ukraine. At the same time, the foreign minister noted the lack of constructiveness in this regard on the part of Russia, UNIAN reports.
