Early in the morning on January 15, the head of state Ilham Aliyev left for Shusha. This became known from a video posted on Mehriban Aliyeva's Instagram page. The route is not reported.

Apparently, Aliyev will inspect the construction of a new road from Fizuli to Shusha (100 km). Part of the route runs in close proximity to the Armenian positions and the posts of Russian peacekeepers.
