During the meeting the sides discussed the large-scale military actions and escalation along the entire line of contact between Karabakh and Azerbaijan.
Sargsyan said that the Republican Party of Armenia freezes its domestic political agenda and calls for national consolidation.
Armenia’s former president stressed that NK conflict has no military solution, and the aggression of the Azerbaijani side against Nagorno Karabakh and Armenia with the open assistance of Turkey’s military political leadership must be prevented in all possible ways.
He said that the right of Artsakh people to self-determination is integral and core element for reaching lasting and fair peace.
In his turn, Kopirkin briefed on the position of the Russian Federation and his efforts both on national level and in the sidelines of the mandate of OSCE Minsk Group co-chair country toward the speedy regulation of the situation
