Armenia's second president, Russia's president hold a phone conversation
Armenia’s second president Robert Kocharyan had phone conversation with the president of Russia Vladimir Putin.
Speaking to Aysor.am head of Kocharyan’s office Viktor Soghomonyan did not deny the information but refused to unveil any details.
To note, on December 17 Robert Kocharyan paid a three-day private visit to Russia.
