Putin congratulates Kocharyan on New Year and Christmas
Russian President Vladimir Putin has offered congratulations to Armenia’s second President Robert Kocharyan on the New Year and Christmas holidays, the former president’s office said on Wednesday.
"Warmly congratulating" Kocharyan on the upcoming holidays, Putin wished him and his family good health and peace, the office added.
