PM: There is No Reason To Consider Postponing the Elections

There is no reason to consider postponing the elections; this is the official position, Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia stated at a briefing following the session of the government.
As stated by the head of the government, the authorities are in control of the processes despite the growing number of cases of infection. In addition, the Prime Minister once again called on everyone to follow the rules as much as possible.
"Wearing face masks and maintaining distance is the most effective tool. The more people wear face masks in our country, the less the spread of the virus and the lower the rate of mortality will be," Giorgi Gakharia stated.
