Armenia’s second president Robert Kocharyan has not departed for Moscow, head of the second president’s office Viktor Soghomonyan told Aysor.am.

“The president is in Yerevan, I don’t know why they decided to send him to Moscow,” he said.

Some media outlets reported that Kocharyan has departed to Moscow.
