From the very beginning Russia was stating about possibility of handing over to Azerbaijan “five and other two” regions, Armenia took, Russia’s President Vladimir Putin said at a forum today.

“From the beginning we considered that it is necessary to speak, our position is absolutely open, about the possibility of handing over 5+2 regions to Azerbaijan with ensuring certain status for Karabakh, engagement with Armenia and so on,” Putin said.
