Macron and Trudeau discussed the situation in Nagorno Karabakh
The Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau and the President of France Emmanuel Macron discussed during the phone conversation the situation in Nagorno Karabakh, statement issued by the Office of the Prime Minister of Canada says.
The both sides stressed the importance of peaceful and diplomatic settlement of the conflict.
The interlocutors also spoke about the fight against terrorism.
"The Prime Minister of Canada expressed his condolences to the people of France in connection with the recent terrorist attacks and violence," the statement said.
