Secretary General of the Council of Europe welcomes ceasefire in Karabakh
Secretary General of the Council of Europe Maria Peichinovich-Burich welcomes the ceasefire regime reached between Azerbaijan and Armenia in the agreement of November 9.
She wrote about this in a response letter to the head of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry, Ceyhun Bayramov.
The Secretary General underlined that she would continue to follow developments in light of its ongoing implementation.
