Russian MFA spokesperson: Negotiations underway to organize UNESCO preliminary mission to Nagorno-Karabakh

Negotiations are underway to organize the preliminary mission of the UNESCO to Nagorno-Karabakh and the surrounding regions of Azerbaijan.
