SCS says Onik Gasparyan made no suggestion to stop war on the fourth day

Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan speaking earlier to Civilntet refuted Onik Gasparyan’s statement that on the fourth day of the war during the Security Council session Gasparyan offered to stop the war.
“During that session no one offered to stop the war,” Armen Grigoryan had said.
Speaking to reporters today after the cabinet sitting, Grigoryan said that his words may be grounded by documents and protocols.
“The whole Security Council session is recorded and what I say may be proved with facts,” he said.
He said there is no need of searching guilty, adding that for it the Armed Forces must prepare a report about the war.
Earlier Onik Gasparyan stated that on the fourth day of the war during the Security Council session he presented the losses and the assessment of the armed forces over the created situation, noting that it is necessary to undertake measures to stop the war in two-three days otherwise Armenia would spend all the resources in short period of time and would have more unfavorable position in negotiations during the following days.
