Armen Sarkissian holds phone call with Robert Kocharyan

President Armen Sarkissian of Armenia on Tuesday held a telephone call with second President Robert Kocharyan, the leader of the Armenia bloc.
The president congratulated him on winning seats in the National Assembly following Sunday's snap parliamentary elections and wished him productive work for the benefit of Armenia, Sarkissian’s office said.
According to the Central Electoral Commission, the Armenia bloc garnered 21.04% of the vote in the elections, coming second.
