The annual meeting of the secretaries of the Security Councils of the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States is taking place in Moscow today.

The agenda includes issues of cooperation between the CIS countries on topical issues of national, regional and international security. The current topic of the meeting was the crisis on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.

Azerbaijan is represented at the meeting by Security Council Secretary Ramil Usubov.
