Five NATO ships enter Georgian port Poti
According to Georgia Online, five NATO ships arrived to the Georgian port Poti with a friendly visit. These are ships of the permanent minesweeper group SNMG-2: Royal Canadian Navy's fregate HMCS Fredericton FFH 337, Italian fregate Virginio Fasan F 591, Turkish fregate Salihreism Romanian F 222 Regina Maria, and Bulgarian Navy's BGS Verni.
Despite the fact that many events had been cancelled in order to cut the risk of COVID-19 infection, joint exercises together with the Georgian Coast Guard ships Ochamchire P23 and Dioskuria P25 will be conducted according to the plan.
