The Russian military delegation arrived in Istanbul to participate in a quadripartite meeting to discuss the export of Ukrainian grain, a source in Istanbul told Vestnik Kavkaza. The meeting will be held behind closed doors. The Turkish Ministry of Defense is expected to issue a release following the results of the talks.
