Armenia filed a lawsuit against Azerbaijan in the Strasbourg court
On July 27, Armenia filed a new interstate lawsuit against Azerbaijan with the European Court of Human Rights. According to the Armenian media, the lawsuit refers to the violation of the rights of the residents of the villages Khramort and Farrukh "as a result of Azerbaijan's aggression."
The lawsuit also contains accusations of the use of force by the Azerbaijani military against the Armenians of Karabakh in 2021-2022, as a result of which the “right to life was violated.”
