EU special envoy visiting Armenia
Toivo Klaar, the European Union's special representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, has started a visit to Armenia, he said early on Thursday.
“Good morning! Trying out the direct Vienna-Yerevan flight today. Looking forward to substantive meetings in the afternoon,” the diplomat tweeted.
Klaar last visited Armenia in late October.
