Vitaly Balasanyan dismissed as Artsakh security chief

President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan on Saturday signed a number of decrees.
According to the decrees, Vitaly Balasanyan was dismissed as Secretary of the Artsakh Security Council and was replaced by Major-General Ararat Melkumyan, the presidential office reported.
According to another presidential decree signed on the same day, Melkumyan was relieved of his duties as the first deputy director of the Artsakh National Security Service due to his transition to another position.
