Turkey MFA: Armenia FM Mirzoyan to meet with FM Cavusoglu in Ankara, head for Adiyaman
The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) issued a statement on the occasion of the visit of Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan to Turkey.
The statement issued by the MFA of Turkey states that after the Kahramanaras earthquake on February 6, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan will visit Turkey on Wednesday to express his condolences to and solidarity with Turkey, Milliyet daily reported.
After the meeting with Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu in Ankara, Ararat Mirzoyan will visit Adiyaman city where the rescuers from Armenia are carrying out rescue operations, the aforesaid statement added.
Earlier, the Armenian MFA had announced that FM Ararat Mirzoyan will leave for Turkey on Wednesday.
