EU envoy Toivo Klaar back in Yerevan
Toivo Klaar, the European Union's special representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, has again arrived in Armenia as part of his regional trip following a meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani leaders in Munich last week.
“Back in the region for a series of consultations to follow up on leaders’ meetings in Munich, starting with Yerevan,” he said in a tweet early on Friday.
“Look forward to good meetings in the morning,” the EU envoy added.
