Turkey ready to open general consulate in Shusha - Erdogan
Turkey is determined to develop relations with Azerbaijan, as set forth in the Shusha declaration up to the level of alliance in all areas.
This was stated by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan at a meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Baku today.
Erdogan also stated Turkey's readiness to open a consulate in Shusha, the Azerbaijani Presidential website reported.
"We are ready to open a consulate general in Shusha at any time. If the Turkish Consulate General opens in Shusha, it will certainly be a message to the world, especially Armenia," the Turkish leader said.
