Armenian, Azeri deputy PMs start meeting
The meeting between Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan and his Azerbaijani counterpart Sahin Mustafayev has kicked off.
The Azerbaijani media has disseminated footage from the meeting.
Grigoryan's office announced earlier that the Armenian and Azeri border delimitation commissions led by the two countries' deputy prime ministers would hold a meeting on their shared border on January 31.
The last meeting of the commissions was held in November 2023.
