Two Armenian soldiers killed by Azerbaijani fire

Two Armenian soldiers were killed by Azerbaijani forces near the village of Nerkin Hand in Syunik Province on Tuesday, the Defense Ministry reported, citing preliminary data.
Azerbaijani troops discharged fire from small arms towards the Armenian combat positions in the vicinity of Nerkin Hand starting at 5:30 a.m. Tuesday.
"According to preliminary information, the Armenian side has reported 2 killed in action and several wounded," the ministry said in a statement.
The Defense Ministry said later Azeri forces had ceased gunfire as of Tuesday morning.
