US President-elect Donald Trump has announced that he is looking forward to the meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin to discuss the end of the war in Ukraine.

“President Putin said that he wants to meet with me as soon as possible,” Trump said during his remarks at Turning Point’s America Fest 2024 convention. “So we have to wait for this, but we have to end that war.”

According to Trump, millions of soldiers have already died in the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine, and this would never have happened if he were the US president.

The US president-elect said he will stop the war in Ukraine and will stop the chaos in the Middle East. Also, Trump pledged that he will not allow a Third World War, which, according to him, we are very close to.

Earlier, Vladimir Putin announced that he is ready to meet with Donald Trump, and added that he is ready for talks and compromises with Ukraine.
