A Referendum in Armenia Could Be Held No Earlier Than June 2027. Expert Analysis by Ruben Megrabyan

In a broadcast with Armenian political expert Ruben Megrabyan, the latest developments in the Armenian–Azerbaijani negotiation process were discussed. The expert stated that a referendum in Armenia could be held no earlier than June 2027, and that the signing of a peace treaty with Azerbaijan is unrelated to it.
