Expert analysis by Tigran Khzmalyan: If Pashinyan wins again, Armenia will fall completely under Russia’s influence

The leader of the European Party of Armenia,
Tigran Khzmalyan, is convinced that Pashinyan will once again win the elections
— thanks to Moscow’s support.
He calls the current Armenian prime minister a “Euro-imitator” and
speaks of the growing influence of Russian intelligence services in the
country. According to him, after his May visit to Moscow, Pashinyan chose the
“Georgian path,” which leads to dependence on Russia.
Khzmalyan also warns that the “Trump path” must not be allowed to undermine the European project of the “Persian Gulf–Black Sea” corridor.
