What Russian, Azerbaijani and Armenian deputy PMs to discuss in Moscow on January 30?

The trilateral working group on Karabakh will discuss the restoration of the transport infrastructure in the region at the first meeting scheduled for January 30, its co-chairman from the Russian side, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Alexei Overchuk said.
The group is co-chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev from the Azerbaijani side, and Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan from the Armenian side.
"The topics are determined in the statement of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. First of all, let's look at the problems of development and restoration of transport infrastructure," TASS cited him as saying.
The Russian Deputy Prime Minister could not answer the question of how often meetings at the level of deputy prime ministers would be held, whether it will always be held in Moscow. The Russian Deputy Prime Minister recalled that only the first meeting is ahead, so "nothing can be said yet."
In turn, Mher Grigoryan said that the meeting will discuss the issue of unblocking transport communications in the South Caucasus. According to the politician, the parties plan to consider a joint statement of the three leaders on January 11, while no details are known yet.
"For the formation of a detailed agenda, a meeting still needs to be held. At the moment, it is only known that the discussion will focus on the 4th point of the statement [on unblocking transport links between Azerbaijan and Armenia]," Sputnik Armenia cited Grigoryan as saying.
The Deputy Prime Minister assessed such unblocking as extremely difficult work, since, according to him, there are many-many issues that should be resolved and settled. Nevertheless, Grigoryan pointed out, it is quite possible to solve the task.
