Davit Shahnazaryan: Azerbaijan wouldn't negotiate, if there was no issue on territories
The issue on territories has been discussed since the very first day; otherwise, Azerbaijan would never sit around the negotiating table. This is what former chief of the National Security Service of Armenia Davit Shahnazaryan said, according to News.am, during a discussion entitled “Karabakh on the Threshold of Changes: External and Internal Security” today, adding that Baku is content with the results of the talks held in Geneva and Bratislava.
According to him, Armenia is completely isolated. The OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs and Baku are on one side, and Yerevan is on the other, and the one to blame is the State, not Nikol Pashinyan, who started all this.
