Azerbaijan handed over the remains of 106 dead to the Armenian side
On February 16, the Azerbaijani side handed over the remains of 106 killed in the 44-day war to the Armenian side in Karabakh.
Araik Harutyunyan, leader of the Karabakh separatists, wrote about this on his Facebook page late on Tuesday evening.
According to him, the operation was carried out with the mediation of Russian peacekeepers.
Harutyunyan also said that the parties continue their activities in the search for other victims of the war, as well as the remains of those who died during the first war in the early 90s and transfer them to each other.
