Armenia's PM stresses issue of return of Armenian POWs during meeting with Putin

Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at the meeting with Russia’s President Vladimir Putin stated about violation of provisions of November 9 trilateral statement by Azerbaijan.
“The important issue that has not been solved yet is the issue of POWs, hostages and other captives. According to the statement, all the prisoners of war, hostages and other captives must be returned, but sadly, we still have captives in Azerbaijan,” Pashinyan stated at the meeting in Moscow.
The Armenian PM noted that Armenia and Russia do not have any discrepancies over the issue.
