Armenia to manage stop the impending new dangers without populist authorities - Serzh Sargsyan

Ceremony of signing of memorandum on creating “I Have Honor” election bloc takes place today.
“With the signing of the memorandum we launch the work of our honor in this phase. This [work] is to remove - with the victory of the opposition in the upcoming elections - the disgraceful and defeatist authorities that failed the governance of the state, endangered the future of the people and the statehood, restore the full sovereignity of the Republic of Armenia, return the right of our people to live peacefully, safely and with dignity in their homeland and faith in tomorrow,” Armenia’s third president Serzh Sargsyan stated at the ceremony, stressing that they cannot and do not have moral right to step aside and follow the pace of collapse of the state.
The third president stressed that the current geo-political developments, the growing tension almost everywhere, the events taking place in Armenia’s neighborhood, the dangers directly threatening Armenia and on this background the indifferent behavior of the incumbent Armenian authorities give no hope that in such conditions Armenia will manage to prevent the impending new danger and get out of the destructive cycle and put the course of the Armenian state on safe track with development prospects.
"And this is possible only without the populist authorities who seized the power and who are taking the country with broad steps to final collapse," Sargsyan said.
