Armenia’s President unaware of document to be signed by Pashinyan

Armenia’s President Armen Sarkissian is unaware what document Nikol Pashinyan is going to sign.
“The president was not and is not engaged in the processes on documents, and consequently is absolutely unaware about the details of the document and discussions,” Armenia's president’s administration reports.
According to the report, Armen Sarkissian believes that such processes must be utmost public and engage all the stakeholders.
To note, Armenia’s former ambassador Mikayel Minasyan published an extract from the new document to be signed by Armenia’s prime minister, president of Azerbaijan and Russia.
At the cabinet sitting today Armenia’s acting PM Nikol Pashinyan stated that if Azerbaijan implements the achieved arrangements he will sign the document.
