Davit Tonoyan: Azerbaijani Armed Forces are conducting engineering works
"Azerbaijani Armed Forces are conducting engineering works so that to neutralize Armenian position advantage", said Armenian Defence Minister Davit Tonoyan tody in his speech in the Parliament of Armenia.
