Who will be better US president for Armenians?

Tomorrow the Americans will elect a president, International Studies expert Suren Sargsyan on Monday morning wrote on Facebook
"I am often asked who will be a better [US] president for us, Armenians.
I believe he will be the one with whom we ourselves will be able to initiate an agenda that does not exist today.
I will evaluate our work with the Trump administration in one word: ‘failed.’ If you have not invested anything in the development of relations, the result also should be as it is.
Tomorrow, the Americans will outline the direction of their state and world policy for the next 4 years. I am not making a prediction, but I am almost sure who will win in this historically difficult struggle.
At the same time, a Trump victory would have been easier in the situation of the first 6 months of 2020, but today the situation has changed; Americans also want change.
Anyway, difficult [presidential] elections, political upheavals, and aftershocks are expected," Sargsyan added.
