International community demanded from Armenia return of territories to Azerbaijan without preconditions – Armenia’s PM

In 2018 the negotiations over Nagorno Karabakh ended deadlock, Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated in an interview to Armenian mass media.
“The issue entered the phase – territories for nothing. I tried to change the logic, not to agree with it. Unfortunately, we did not succeed because before the war there was a situation when an international consensus had been reached on handing over the territories without preconditions,” he said.
He said he is the one responsible for what happened.
