Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry calls on Yerevan to return to reality

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia must return from the fictional world to reality, no matter how painful it may be.
This is stated in the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry, commenting on the interview of Armenian Foreign Minister Ara Ayvazyan to the "Armenpress" agency, in which he said that the solution to the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict is possible in the case of self-determination of Nagorno-Karabakh.
“The Armenian government must draw conclusions from the recent events and come to terms with the new realities in the region. Azerbaijan has ensured the implementation of the relevant UN Security Council resolutions and restored its territorial integrity.
The new format of security and cooperation was established in the region by a joint statement signed also by the Prime Minister of Armenia on November 10, "the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry said.
As for the exchange of prisoners, hostages and bodies of the dead, it was the Armenian side that for many years did not react to the initiative of Azerbaijan to exchange “everyone for everyone”. This is now reality.
"Instead of interpreting the joint statement of November 10 in its own way, the fulfillment by the Armenian side of the issues arising from this agreement would serve to establish the long-awaited peace in the region,"- the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry said.
