Armenia’s President receives PM’s decree on releasing Onik Gasparyan, hasn't signed yet
Armenia’s President Armen Sarkissian has received the PM Nikol Pashinyan’s decree on releasing head of the Chief of Staff of Armenian Armed Forces Onik Gasparyan.
According to information Aysor.am has, the president has not signed the decree yet.
