Court denies Nikol Pashinyan’s petition in Onik Gasparyan’s case

Armenia’s administrative court chaired by judge Mher Petrosyan rejected the petition of Nikol Pashinyan’s representative on lifting the ensuring of lawsuit in the case of former Chief of the General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces Onik Gasparyan.
According to the court, the respondent has not presented any substantiated argument of the necessity of withdrawing the ensuring of the lawsuit.
Earlier the court also rejected Pashinyan’s representative’s petition of self-recusal of the judge.
