Armenia ex-President Sargsyan: If I were Commander-in-Chief, I would shoot myself if there were such situation

War is the most hated thing in life for me; I never wanted there to be not only war, but also hostilities.
But whoever is terrified of hostilities, this is the result.
Third President Serzh Sargsyan stated this during Sunday’s meeting with the active members of the "I have the honor" bloc, which will run in the snap parliamentary elections on June 20, and local residents in Jermuk town of Vayots Dzor Province of Armenia.
"They [the Azerbaijani military] took 6 [Armenian soldiers from the border area] today, they will take 16 tomorrow, they will take 36 the next day.
Then what will happen? If he [acting PM Pashinyan] had this much dignity, he would have committed suicide.
I swear: if I were the Commander-in-Chief, I would just shoot myself if there were such situation. Who needs such a life? The death of 5,000 people on your conscience—I’m not even mentioning the 5,000 [deaths] from Covid—, a crushed army.
The Azerbaijanis simply make fun of you," Sargsyan added.
